What type of service do you offer?
We offer regular and one-off cleaning services to domestic customers.

Could I have a cleaner once a fortnight?
Yes, the service we offer will be tailored to your individual needs.

Could I have a cleaner on the same day each week?
Yes, we aim to provide you with a regular cleaner and will arrange a regular fixed time. If, for any reason, your assigned cleaner is unavailable, we will notify you prior to the clean with details of alternative arrangements.

What should I do if the cleaner does not arrive?
Hopefully this will never happen, but if so please give us a call as soon as possible, so that we can make alternative arrangements.

Do I need to supply cleaning materials or a vacuum cleaner?
No, our cleaners will carry with them all cleaning materials and equipment which they are trained to use. However, if you have a specialist product which you like us to use or you would prefer us to use your vacuum cleaner please let us know.

Are the cleaners insured?
Yes, we hold full Employers and Public Liability Insurance details of which are available on request.

Could the cleaner come in more than once per week?
Yes, the service we offer will be tailored to your individual needs.

How do I pay you?
We issue invoices on a calendar monthly basis and you can pay either by internet banking or cheque.
